Dr. Brand pursued a research fellowship at the University of California, San Diego (USA) from 2010 to 2011, and in 2015, he completed a clinical fellowship in Rhinology with a focus on endoscopic skull base surgery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Currently, Dr. Brand serves as the head of the Department of Otolaryngology at the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden in Chur, Switzerland, where he leads a multidisciplinary team specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions. His expertise is particularly focused on advanced rhinology and skull base surgery.
